The Role Provide day-to-day support to three experienced Asset Managers across an industrial property portfolio. Coordinate trades, maintenance requests, work orders, and general property administration. Respond to tenant enquiries and liaise with tenants, landlords, contractors, and strata. Assist with organising and overseeing property repairs and maintenance. Conduct routine property inspections. Support tenant vacates and make-good processes. Manage daily emails, phone enquiries, and provide general administrative assistance as required. The Ideal Candidate Previous experience in residential property management or a similar property-related role. Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail. Confident communication and relationship-building abilities. A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn commercial property management.
